we started our celebration of the christmas season on december 20th with a wonderful luncheon hosted by grandpa c and grandma m at the paragon at the claremont hotel. the food was lovely, the view spectacular... even though it was a bit overcast, and the company topped it all off! it was a wonderful way to kick off our celebrations of family, friends and jesus' birth.
after we got home, we let chase open his very first christmas present. it was a toy from his grandma m and grandpa c. 
christmas eve sent us on another round of family, feasting and celebrating. we missed being able to see everyone this year, but for the t. fong family it was really special to have auntie s and uncle c dawg in town... all 9 of us together for the holiday. there was plenty of eating, catching up with family we haven't been able to see in a little while, and of course - lots of opening presents. thank you to everyone who shared your generosity and thoughtfulness with us and especially with chase this christmas season. we count our blessings!!
and alas... we came upon christmas day! chase sported several outfits throughout the christmas celebrations. christmas eve he wore a christmas sweater (if anyone took pictures of him in his christmas sweater... can you please send one to me? thx), his small paul pj's, the funniest snowman suit from his auntie s, a santa outfit with hat and all and of course... a onsie that read "all i want for christmas is my auntie". 
after uncle a's house out in suisun city, we headed back to grandma and gung gung's for another round of presents - LOTS OF PRESENTS. it was such a special first time, full of laughter, good times and true celebration. a big thanks to everyone for making this holiday such a wonderful first experience for us as a family. we are looking forward to many, many more.

I have the pic of me holding him as my phone desktop... he's so gonna hate auntie s dawg for the snowman costume when he becomes a pre-teen lol
