week 36

become more and more aware of their surroundings...

the boys are so helpful around the house. i don't know what i would do without them (especially p... he's been amazing in this life transition).

basco kisses

we recently got to babysit basco little doggie... and the two of them had a great time together :).

mastering the crawl

a proud moment

so... we had to lower the crib last week on wednesday, because we didn't want to take any chances with him standing and all.  and we got some great shots of him having a good old time in his crib.  and we thought, he was having such a good time... we'd leave him in there, turn out the lights and see what he would do (hoping he might even just lay down and go to sleep... which was very wishful thinking).

so, we hovered outside the door for about 5 minutes.  and then he started talking up storm "ma, ma, ma... mum, mum" (we think those are the words he "knows" so far).  and we flip the lights back on and see him standing at the rail.  it was a pretty funny and proud sight for us, all at once.

and we think, that we actually should have lowered it two notches.  something for us to this week :).

week 35

this was a while ago, but he had a great time playing at auntie c and uncle j's house.  this was a rare shot of him playing with the toy, vs. being enamored by the fire place!

it really is going to be any day now... and it's hilarious, because he's just so proud of himself :)
