he's a lion...

hear him ROOOOOOOOOOAR!

ok, so he's really yawning in this picture. but i find the thought of him growling or roaring much more amusing. this picture reminds of two things... first, my sister s aka auntie s dawg, because she's all about lions; and also, it reminds me of our friends in florida. because i remember when their first little one, a girl, was just a baby... we were out visiting them (when they lived in NJ) and her dad had taught her how to growl. it was the cutest thing. he would set her up on the counter... and she would let out this little "grrrrrrrrr". i'm working on that with chase still...
