thanks to everyone for following along with us on this journey of life. it's time again to take a moment to reflect a little on how much we are changed. i think this week was even more difficult than last, because the reality of going to work and being away from my family is here. but i absolutely love the peace of mind that chase is with p and gma fongo... which allows me to focus myself at work, knock it out, and rush out the door around 5:20 to come back home every evening.
it's a gigantic adjustment for all of us... for p now playing a very huge dual role at home with chase each day, for me going back into the work world, for chase not having us around all the time (which is probably a good thing) and for our entire family as we seek to re-prioritize life and strike the right balance between all that we have going on.
and i think the biggest realization for me this past week - is that, i just need to do less, plan less, and live more life with less scheduled time. otherwise it can just be too much.
we are thankful for a wonderful support network of family and friends. it's made the biggest difference of all. happy thursday everyone.
