it was a much easier visit this time around. we went for his two week weight check to make sure he's gaining weight... since the last time we went the doctor was a bit concerned about the decline in his weight growth curve...
we're happy to say that he's gained 4 ounces in 2 weeks... so he's up to 13 lbs, 4 ounces at almost 20 weeks. he measured 24 1/4 in length, which is just about the same as our last visit.
no shots this time either, but we'll have to go back for his flu vaccination and another weight check in about a month or so. the doctor said that we could start supplmenting with formula to get his caloric intake up. so when we came home after our day out yesterday, i put a half a scoop of formula into the 3 oz bottle... and he took it like a champ! he got a little distracted in the middle, but we got to the end and he wanted MORE! so i fed him another 1.5 oz.
GO baby chase... we're going to chub you up in no time!
