it really did look too good to eat. when h was out visiting us from florida, she made a beautiful blueberry pie! it was still cooling when i was visiting my parent's house... so unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to taste it. but i had to post this picture, because it turned out beautifully. what a pro!

Oh my! It looks so yummy that I feel I can almost taste it. The crust looks so flaky...the true secret of a fabulous pie.
Oh, and it was oh so yummy! I got my original pie crust from Haley's Meme, but Haley's was the best! So flaky and I learned the secret was white vinegar!
