last weekend, we went down to grandpa c and grandma m's in carmel for a family gathering and to meet all of their wonderful friends. baby chase got to meet his cousin s for the very first time. it was quite a sweet encounter.

but he woke up for uncle jb, and wouldn't ya know it... they share many of the same expressions. as seen here.
but it was grandma m's arms that he spent the most time in. she was taking in every moment and chase was loving it!
we really had a great weekend - spending time with family and friends, enjoying each others company and OF COURSE sharing lots of meals together!
