I would NOT want to be on cleanup duty after that face.
He looks just like Paul here. I've known Paul for many years and I've seen that face, more than once.
awwww... hahahha... well if smiling means he has gas... maybe this face means something good like "i love you mommy"
i can't help but call him "little paul" these days...
